2007 was a big year for many reasons. Steve Jobs launched Apple’s first generation iPhone. The subprime mortgage market tanked and burst the housing bubble. And we held the grand opening for the Boardroom and the Guild Building  on August 22, 2007.

As time has gone by, the iPhone changed the cell phone industry forever, the housing market remains in the doldrums, and the Guild Building has filled up with many, many excellent businesses.
